Dr. Anand Rajendran graduated in medicine from JIPMER, Pondicherry, DO and DNB from Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai.  He has been awarded an honorary FRCS.  Currently he is the chief of Retina Vitreous Services at Aravind Eye Hospital, Chennai.
