MSICS webinar

Aravind – Madurai, Saturday, 26 March 2022

A webinar titled “Conquering complex cataracts – The MSICS way” was organised by the Cataract and IOL Services, Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai. It was aimed at budding surgeons who were aspiring to perform complex cataract surgeries. The webinar was chaired by Dr. Haripriya Aravind and co-chaired by Dr. Sivakumar, Dr. Madhu Shekhar & Dr. Ashok Vardhan. The sessions were moderated by Dr. Aruna Pai & Dr. Sankarananthan. Eminent cataract surgeons from Aravind Eye Care System shared their inputs on handling complex and advanced cataracts. The sessions were interactive and well received by the attendees. A total of 212 participants from India and 20 overseas ophthalmologists took part in the webinar. The participants were awarded with 0.5 CME credit hours by the Tamil nadu medical council.
