The Lions Aravind Institute of Community Ophthalmology (LAICO) has been a pioneer in advancing hospital management practices through capacity building and training. The Management Training and Systems Development course for hospital administrators and managers equips participants with the knowledge and skills to adopt best practices for effective hospital management. Our alumni play a crucial role in implementing these practices globally, ensuring high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
