Leadership Development Programme: Academic and Research Committee of the All India Ophthalmological Society (AIOS)

LAICO organised the session as part of the Leadership Development Programme of the Academic and Research Committee of AIOS. This programme was for a cohort of ophthalmologists who wanted to improve their practice management and leadership skills.
The session was held a day before the start of the annual conference of AIOS and focused on patient centred care, employee engagement, dealing with digital dilemmas and improving profitability.
