Dr. Vivekanandan, Ms. Sasipriya, and Ms. Suganya visited Sharda Netralay to guide them to develop a strategic plan that will help the hospital to become a high-volume tertiary eye care centre. As a first step of the planning exercise, the visiting team during their visit assessed the implementation of activities recommended during 2019 and the gaps that need to be addressed immediately. The strategic planning workshop is scheduled for the first week of April 2023 at Sharda Netralay that would involve staff from different departments taking part in the planning exercise.
