The twentieth batch of this week-long course for Heads of Eye Hospitals had 33 participants from 5 countries (India, Nepal, Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia). The course covered various aspects of strategic management and leadership. The faculty comprised of mid and senior level leaders of Aravind: Dr. R. D. Ravindran, Dr. Kim, R.D. Thulasiraj, R. Meenakshi Sundaram, Dr Krishnadas, Dr. S. Aravind, Dr. Haripriya, Dr. Datta, Ganesh Babu, Suresh Kumar, Ushalini, Deepa, Dhivya, Dr. Siddharth.

Guest Faculty included: Prof Balasubramaniam, former dean of Institute for Financial Management and Research & Prof Chandrasekhar Sripada of Indian School of Business. Also, Mritunjay Tiwary and Dr. Ajit Poddar of Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital and Dr. Nikhil Gandhi of Anupam Eye Centre were invited to share their experience.
