Participant feedback:

“It reoriented me to the purpose of why I’m running a healthcare organization. The vision and mission which were merely phrases became more relatable and purpose driven. The feeling that change can be brought about in a scientific way, which earlier seemed very impossible, is something I’m taking away”

“I found this course very useful for me. Having worked in clinical field I had very little knowledge in the field of management. As a newly appointed chief of hospital services, this course helped me understand various aspects of leadership and management skills.”

“It was an eye opening experience, so many things that we may have felt were correct are all substantiated by data. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to take their hospital to the next level in terms of not only volumes but also quality, efficiency and compassion.”
