CME on Communication

Aravind-Coimbatore organsied this non-clinical CME for its MLOPs. Dr. Pranesh, Medical Consultant emphasised the importance and appropriateness of slang and usage of words in patient communication. He outlined the process of relationship building and necessity of using right words in communication.  Ms. Rajakumari, Counselling Coordinator elaborated on the importance of attitude and empathy in communication. Ms. Umapriya, HR Manager reminded the participants to be mindful of their words in communication, choosing appropriate words and maintaining transparency in communication.  The session was an opportunity for many participants to express their challenges in communication.
