Food Carnival

The carnival was inaugurated by Dr. R. Ramakrishnan, Advisor, Aravind-Tirunelveli in the presence of Ms. Saradha and Dr. Meenakshi. Homemade items like vegetable salad, fruit salad, millet ladoos, millet puttu, sesame ladoo, boiled peanuts, papaya and sundal varieties were brought by the staff members and kept on sale. To beat the heat and to quench the thirst, juice items like gooseberry juice, watermelon juice, rose milk and butter milk were sold.  Snack items like murukku, vadai, paniyaram, cup cakes, thattai and suseeyam were also kept for sale. Main course items like Chicken briyani and parotta were also sold. Carnival received an overwhelming response. The team was able to collect Rs. 14, 450 /- from the sales of products which was contributed to the Chief Minister’s  COVID relief fund.
