Low vision Rehabilitation is a vital part of the continuum of eye care that includes refractive, medical and surgical eye care. The goal of vision rehabilitation is to maximize an individual’s functional vision, this in turn enhances the functional potential resulting in increased independence and improved quality of life.

With this in mind, this workshop focuses on the basics of Visual impairment, Visual assessment, community based rehabilitation, Low vision devices with hands on training sessions.
